Why "Dunya"
Dunya is Turkish for "world." It's a name that describes what we actually do: take inventory sitting in Turkish factories and warehouses and put it in reach of buyers anywhere — starting with West Africa, where we have deep on-the-ground relationships and understand the realities of clearing, financing, and reselling bulk goods.
Two checkpoints. Zero surprises.
Every lot on Stock Dunya passes through two independent inspections before it ever reaches a port. This is the core of how we protect buyers who can't inspect inventory in person before it ships.
Listing audit
Before a lot goes live, we document condition, sizing, and quantity accuracy on-site — including photographing defects rather than hiding them.
Pre-shipment check
A second inspection at palletisation confirms carton counts, batch match, and packaging integrity before anything leaves the warehouse.
Supplier vetting
We work directly with manufacturers and sellers we've personally vetted in Turkey — not an open marketplace anyone can list on. Every supplier relationship is reviewed before their inventory ever appears on Stock Dunya.
Dispute resolution
Submit photo documentation on delivery and we open a dispute the same day. Minor discrepancies are resolved with partial refunds — no back-and-forth runaround.
